Col. Urvindar Singh

Over 25 years of experience in the Army having commanded a battalion, been Indian contingent leader to United Nations and multiple leadership assignments in some of the world’s toughest terrains. Has served as a Talent Transformation Head for Reliance Retail managing training for multiple states.
Over 3 years of experience as a consultant trainer with multiple companies and have trained 10000+ students across Campuses in the country and over 1000 employees in the Northern region. Through his unique ‘Battle of 18-5’, ‘ Arrest Attrition’, Controlled Aggression and other modules he is rated as the one of the best Soft Skills trainer in the country.
He heads the training and is responsible for delivery and Trainer Management.

 

Sandeep Singh

An Electrical Engineer from IIT Roorkee, he has 2 Years of pre-MBA experience as a Business Analyst with Manhattan Associates.
Post his MBA from IIM Bangalore he was part of Tata’s Elite leadership program – Tata Administrative Services where he worked with Tata Industries on Investment opportunities , Titan, Handled sales for Tata Motors and Branding for Ginger Hotels. He has also served as an Executive Assistant to MD of Tata Teleservices.
He leads the Sales and Marketing and is also responsible for content creation.

 
 

Maj. Gen Jai N Yadav

Over 35 years of experience of leadership and training in the Indian Army. Led Indian contingent at United Nations assignment in Liberia. Member of teaching faculty at prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington training officers of Indian and International Armed Forces and Civil Services. Lt. Col. CS Gill

He has 33 years of broad based management experience in the Army and has run a successful small business and has trained over 12,000 people in the last 3 years.  He has talent of seeing the big picture, pinpointing organizational objectives, and setting goals and priorities to achieve them. After his B.tech from Pune University he joined the Armed forces and later did his M.Tech from Punjab Engineering College and Post Graduate in Armament Technology from Baroda. He specializes in Soft Skills and Communication trainings.

 

Jasdeep Singh

Having had the flair for Mathematics right from his childhood, he was the National Topper in Class 12th and a University Merit holder during his B,Tech (Electrical from the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering).After his B.Tech he joined as a Manager in the coveted Trident Group where he handled the entire plant operations and managed a team of 25 people. He specializes in Manufacturing training for corporates and Quantitative Aptitude training for colleges

 

Kanika Mehra

A psychologist by profession, she specializes in conducting psychometric testing and assessments. She has worked with corporates, colleges and schools. She has also featured in the radio shows at 104.8 FM.

 

Brig. KK Dhingra

Automotive expert with over 35 years of experience in the Army and as a consultant with Corporates and colleges, he specializes in Automotive training and Soft Skills. With a B.Tech from College of Engineering Pune and Masters in Management from Osmania University, he has had the unique honor of receiving multiple commendation Cards from Chief of Army Staff during his career. He has also served as a guest faculty at IIM Lucknow, Surya Group, Aryans and various other institutions.

 

Dr.Vinay Verma

He specializes in trainings covering Health and Personal Well Being. He is a renowned Medical specialist currently working with Alchemist Hospitals and has over 20 years of experience. He did his MBBS and MD (Medicine) from Meerut University and also holds a MBA in Hospital Administration. He is a Health Columnist with “The Financial World” Newspaper, guest Editor – North Color Magazine- The Tribune and a guest Speaker with Doordarshan.

 

Navneet Kaur

Quantitative Expert with flair for training, she has held numerous managerial positions in top corporates like Manhattan Associates,Wipro, SDS and Whirlpool where she has designed complex aeronautical products, managed retail supply chains, solved complex analytical problems for top insurance players and reduced manufacturing defects through combination of mathematics, operations research, analytics along with deep understanding of the business. She specializes in Quantitative training for colleges, SAS and Analytical trainings for corporates.

 

Col. S Bhardwaj

A professional with over 26 years of diverse experience with the Indian Army and and Corporates, he specializes in security and safety training for corporates. He is a Member of the elite American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), USA. He is a certified Security Professional (CSP) from International Institute of Safety and Security Management. He was awarded Army Commendation for excelling in realistic operational validation. He is alsoa national level Lawn Tennis Player with Qualified National Coaching Diploma from National Institute of Sports , Patiala and All India Lawn Tennis Association.

A CELTA qualified ELT Consultant and Trainer with over seven years experience, she specializes in English Language Teaching and Training.
