b) Building Trainer Personality and Mannerisms – Building teacher attitude, Creating self awareness, Body language, etiquettes and trainer mannerism. Building intellectual wealth.
c) Connecting with People and building Relationships. Connecting dots with people, managing relationships to achieve optimization.
d) Presentation Techniques and Art of Public Speaking.
Day -3
a) Goal Setting as an Optimization Tool. Goals and objectives, Career mapping, tips to give to students.
